Summary: This correction was issued because the labeling on all lots of the Covidien Shiley™ Disposable Decannulation Plug incorrectly includes the non-DEHP symbol. The plug seal actually contains 30–35% DEHP. This is a labeling discrepancy only — there is no increased risk to health, and patients may continue using this product. No additional clinical action is required.
